Jovetic needs to go, it has been well over a year and he has only shown that he can't be counted on.

Does that mean Vinny & Kun need to go as well ?

You do get some band wagon jumping bollocks posted on here.

In fairness those guys have contributed greatly to our success and it could be argued that they are the best in their positions in the game, if jovetic ever reaches this standard then maybe it wouldn't be quite as annoying that he is made of glass

We cant afford to let any striker go this season but in the summer, if a serious cash offer came in for him instead of the standard loan offers we seem to get then I think the club would be foolish not to consider it.

Unless he comes back and completely tears the league apart of course but that seems unlikely.

To be fair he does have a point in so much as Jovetic can't be replied upon. His injury record is extremely poor for us. The other two get injured but don't miss anywhere near the same number of games as him.

It's so frustrating with Jovetic because we don't feel we've ever seen the best of the lad because of his injury situation....many on here have said that when he is fit and playing he does really look the part, if he'd played 15 games in a row and had offered little we'd not be that bothered about him but the opposite is true, he looks bloody good and that's what makes it worse.

I think the problem is that with Jovetic it is a game here or there, the odd 10 minute cameo, this period should be his chance to get a run in the team, hard to judge a player when he doesn't play

He's running out of time to prove he's reliable to backup Sergio. Undeniable talent but he's not worth the time and money spent on him if he's just constantly injured.

Hopefully he can get fit and play in the fixtures this month, get a consistent run of games going.

Take the point but the 'other 2' have been here substantially longer. Vinny didn't look anything like the player he is now in his first 18 months.

Let's see what 'level' Jovetic is at in the next couple of years as he approaches what should be his peak.

The guy had all summer off, Vinny and Kun were busy so it is understandable that they may be a little overworked.

Also, how many times has Vinny come in in the 75th minute out of those 20 appearances?

Besides, it's not a competition, the fact we have other players who are prone to an injury lay off here and there makes it all the more important that their replacements aren't

I really like him as a player, he seems a top lad and I feel sorry for him, it's not his fault, but what are we supposed to do? It's not efficient economically or in footballing terms
