To be fair he does have a point in so much as Jovetic can't be replied upon. His injury record is extremely poor for us. The other two get injured but don't miss anywhere near the same number of games as him.

How did Montenegro do at the WC?

The guy had all summer off, Vinny and Kun were busy so it is understandable that they may be a little overworked.

Also, how many times has Vinny come in in the 75th minute out of those 20 appearances?

There are times when you just need to put the spade down.

Google is your friend.

You may get a surprise with Kun.

Anyway, have fun taking a pop at someone wearing the shirt and continue to enjoy your soccer ;.)

The decision to go with 3 strikers is certainly looking more stupid by the game.

A lot of us expressed the concern and it does look like it's going to be a problem. Still , 8 days off so let's keep our fingers crossed.

We left ourselves horribly exposed to this exact scenario when we opted not to replace Negredo, and as a consequence have no-one else to blame. Going into a season with just 3 forwards - and one of whom is really a glorified attacking midfield player - would have been asking for trouble even had 2 of the 3 not missed half of last season with persistent, niggling injuries. It's testament to the rest of the team that we've managed to grind out consecutive 1-0 wins in the circumstances, but truthfully (and understandably) we created next to nothing in those two games, and if we're still within 3 points of Chelsea come the start of January, I will be a very happy boy indeed. Yeh our luck is shit, but the point is we knew it was shit, yet made no allowance for it. We need Jovetic fit now like never before
