Displayed all the strength that I had wished Edin possessed more times than I care to remember.
I think you'll find he isn't overweight at all. He's slightly shorter than Didier Drogba and about 5-8kg lighter as well. He lifted his shirt when he walked off after being subbed last night. If you take another look you might revise suggesting he needs to lose any weight. He's a powerful centre forward and is also extremely quick. Take a look at some professional sprinters, they're usually pretty stacked.
After a disjointed pre-season he's come into the side, held the ball up well, won the aerial battle against Lescott (who is pretty good at that side of defending) and got an assist. He also showed an excellent touch and got some good shots on goal.
That wanker James Robson in the MUEN gave him a fucking 5, compared to everyone else getting 7s, 8s & 9s. Scapegoat wanted.
Bony did exactly what we required. He is highly skilled, strong as an ox & understands how to play football. And he scores goals. If he gets the chance to play often enough, Bony will have some big moments for City this season.
He's got a superb physique, huge legs and a solid torso,id hazard a guess he's about 12.5 stone at around 6 foot - you're talking out of your arse.Good ball player but his weight stats can't be good. There's a difference between being well built and having to lose a stone
Well tbf there's quite a few on here that probably watched the same game he did! He was quality last night no doubt about it.That wanker James Robson in the MUEN gave him a fucking 5, compared to everyone else getting 7s, 8s & 9s. Scapegoat wanted.

Yeah, I thought Wilf was terrific.Retains possession brilliantly. Good in the air, lovely touches, can pick a pass. And he scores goals. What's not to like. There are quite a few people judge a player on his physique or running style rather than what he actually does. The setup for Yaya was typical of Bony imo & the kind of simple but classy/unselfish thing City have often lacked with our other strikers. Excellent player.
