surely sold in the summer especially if Guardiola rocks up here, he doesn't fit the current style of play, so let alone Pep's.

He could well be another one of those players that needs a team built around him to enable him to shine.
Unlke Kun or Kelechi he doesn't seem to have the ability to beat a man or two to get in on goal. He's a bit one-dimensional for my liking, and give things up as a lost cause far too easily when he loses the ball.

Don't know why most tot he'd be. Even from a logistics standpoint it was a terrible buy. City was down all its strikers late December, and we turn around in January and purchased a guy heading to the African Nations Cup. Seemed a silly decision all round. Not to mention he didn't seem like someone who'd fit. As he wasore the guy the team had to be built around. Something we were clearly not going to do.Gutted, thought he'd be a great signing. Seen enough now and he aint at our level.
Anyway, all water under the bridge now. Just hoping he can score a fee here and there.

His postioning is absymal. He could've had 3 or 4 goals if he was in the right place at the right time but no desire or hunger to run there or even try to reach the ball.

Thought he was great at Swansea, thought he'd be a decent purchase and don't think he's been nearly as bad as some make out for us.
He does what you'd expect from him, good touch, decent hold up & sticks it in the net a reasonable amount.
But its clear that he doesn't suit our style of play, simple fact is he's just too immobile - often falls behind the play when we attack leaving no one in the box sadly.
A useful sub to have with his heading ability & strength, but likely need another striker to come in, who can replace Sergio in his many absences, who's more suited to our style (ideally Aubameyang would be perfect but won't happen).
