Isn't it amazing that the onlyarea where dear bluemoon fans and rival teams fans agree is that selling yaya now is a good decision? I personally rate Aguero above Yaya and maybe I'm not yet decided between Yaya and Merlin but there's something I'm sure about: the fact that there has been no better 'icebreaker' than Yaya since the takover, someone that will win you a match when its locked down at nil nil with little hope of winningespecially when it counts the most. If we wantto win the title back we should be adding to our talent base and making excuses to deplete it.

With Yaya playing in the right position we have 12 , he is arguably the best player in our history and a rival even to someone like Bell. He will never be the hero or Man or loved half as much but as a player I have not seen anyone in my lifetime in this country who could so grab a game by the scruff of the neck.

Even in the games where according to blues he wasn't even playing you will nearly always find he touched the ball more and completed more passes than anyone in the entire league that day. - precious fans who let agents doing their job upset them and in the emotion lose all sight of his ability!

As for comparisons with tevez , Yaya has never done 5 % of what tevez did and is far to professional and has to much self respect to be a traitorous dick like tevez
You should post more.

Can he play in same team as Pogba without causing massive defensive problems?
We can't play 4-4-2 with YaYa in the central midfield role.
So unless Pellers has a Damascus road experience or YaYa gets pushed up field both can't stay and City remain in the hunt for the Premier League title.

Carling Cup Final v Sunderland

Off the top of my head, they are the important games that he has won for us.There will be many more..

Yet some of you lot want us to sell him ?

You must be mad..

you sems to have forgotten the games when he was shite, or when got sent off on purpose and when he feigns injust cos he doesn't fancy it. nobody wants to sell him, especially if he plays the way he does in your post, the we all know he can. the fact he CHOOSES not to is the annoying bit. he played like his old self for the last few games. do you think that was coincidence? was it fuck, it was to impress potential suitors. i have said all along we should keep him, if only to annoy him. he and his agent are a pair of cunts, using any tactic to get out of the club. if you want out fine but you go about the right way and not pull stunts to lose value from the market price or affect any loyalty bonus. great player, greater ****. you may think me harsh but he's done his level best to hurt my club, my club, not his club, my club. he is mearly a visitor who could have left a legend.

No doubt you have been slating Yaya Bill but maybe "one James Milner", who will leave the Club for sweet FA, is a hero of yours.

Get the tactics right and Yaya still has a lot to offer us. He's still scored double figures in the league despite a ACON disrupted season.

Don't mind if he's sold as long as a top replacement is bought but a combination of factors led to his relatively poor season. The World Cup hangover and personal issues affected him early season, then he was in really good form before that AFCON tournament. Then he came back from that maybe drained mentally because he finally won it and our season had collapsed without him as well.

He's 32 so he's only got 1 or 2 seasons tops in him at a high level in the EPL. A summer off and no AFCON might lead to one last vintage season. I wouldn't keep him beyond that if he's going to piss off to AFCON again the next winter.

We do need to start getting the average age down so we need a younger replacement for Yaya within the next 12 months.

First off there is no way that Sheikh Mansour would get involved in anything as mundane as discussing issues with a player if it is anybody it was anybody talking to Yaya it would have been Sheikh Khaldoon. This just smacks of an agent who has been trying to agitate for a move and his player has been told he is going nowhere so said agent is trying to save face when said player is not sold

I am pleased that he is not going. I know his style is languid and I get frustrated when I don't see him running around like Milner but they are different types of players and personalities. What City must do is get a DM who is a real presence and who has a real engine who can do the water carrying role I thought Fernando was that player he isn't and neither is Fernandinho combined they might be but I really hope we get Pogba as I see him as that type of player
