Players who might improve us

Everton face tough competition from Monaco to sign Belgian teenager Youri Tielemans, whom Anderlecht value at £21m. (Source: Telegraph)

Not seen a thread about this kid.
Early days but he looks the real deal.
16 years old and has already made the Championship team of the year.
Why was this moved ffs??? It's not as if we are going to buy Messi, Lukaku,Dybala, Dele Alli anytime soon and they all have their own threads.
Here's some links btw

Because we have not been linked to him and this thread is for players we've not been linked with? Just guessing like.

He reminds me of Dortmund Dembele. So I suppose that's a good sign. It is probably in our interest to sign this kid. Regardless of long term outcome

TRH, you come up with the worst suggestions ever imho :-) This suggest to me you must think the same of my suggestions too.

Sahko? Really? God no!

He is nothing like Otamendi. He however is a lot like Mangala. Strong, fast Athletic and with Zero footballing technique. Mangala's technique is actually far superior to his.

Why you'd think that would succeed under Pep blows my mind.

Seriously, half the time I'm convinced you are on a long-game Clarkie. But I appreciate how many may view my posts the same way. So opinions I guess :)

To be honest, since I stopped playing Football Manager, and don't get time to watch much European football these days, I've hardly ever heard of any of your suggestions. They could be good, could be bad. If I haven't heard of them via watching Sky, BT or reading the BBC Gossip column and seen them linked to other top clubs, then I'm sceptical. Mainly because I prefer us to sign big stars whenever possible. If they're not all over the sports pages/website being linked with Real and Chelsea, then imo theyre probably not that amazing.

A Portuguese full back plying his trade in Italy, for example may be brilliant one day, but I'd rather we sign Kyle Walker or David Alaba. Because I know, as far as it's possible to know, there's always some doubt with transfers, that they would improve our first XI.

We need to remove as much doubt as possible, especially in defence where we've made too many expensive mistakes in terms of signings.

I like Sakho because when I've seen him for Liverpool and Palace he looks committed, gets blocks in and heads corners away. We've only got Komps who does that. I hate soft defenders, pansies trying to be Maldini but ending up like Titus Bramble. I like defenders to stop cünts like Costa and Walcott from scoring against us, and won't be phased by the likes of Everton and the rags piling big men in the box at set pieces.

Defend first, then give it to someone with flair and then the Pep style attacking, movement and passing can start and we rip teams up. But no point doing that if every time we're under pressure at the back we're all over the place, walking back, out of position or caught trying to do drag backs on the edge of our box.

Unlike Mangala, Sakho doesn't seem panicked on the ball, he just defends properly.
