Absolutely agree with this and Delap probably needs game time more than most. He has been hot headed since he was a kid and still seems to get wound up. As he gets more experienced he should learn how to channel his agression positively.Delap is better off where he currently is. Younger strikers need regular game time to really help them develop.
its Haalands replacement stories (still going to Barca) -Those City - Gyokeres rumours are hurting my brain.
I am not against it, he clearly is great striker, but how we could use him tho with Haaland?
Well he just got bad injuries is only reason he's not still with us. Hothead? You need some bollox to play as a kid vrs experienced monster c/bs!Absolutely agree with this and Delap probably needs game time more than most. I am happy that he seems to be doing well at Ipswich as not so long ago I thought that he might struggle to make it in the top flight.
He got sent off multiple times playing for the EDS and got more bookings than goals during his loans at Stoke and Preston. I am delighted that he is doing well at Ipswich but I don't think he was ever going to stay at City - he played 31 league games for Hull last season so I don't think his chances with City were scuppered by injury.Well he just got bad injuries is only reason he's not still with us. This thread is comedy Gold.....Kulusevski, who has a handful of 'decent' games a season, is and never will be anywhere close to Bernie!Kulusevski ideal bernardo replacement. Impossible to get him from levy though
Maybe that's why we are top of the league, without playing particularly well.....the only one on that list, that isn't a long way from polishing our bench, let alone starting, asked to leave ;)From the league games we’ve played so far, the following have impressed me:
1. Chelsea: Cole Palmer
2. Ipswich Town: Liam Delap
3. West Ham United: Mohammed Kudus
4. Brentford: Mark Flekken
5. Arsenal: Gabriel Magalhaes
6. Newcastle United: Anthony Gordon
7. Fulham: Andreas Pereira
8. Wolverhampton Wanderers: Nelson Semedo
