Last couple of years of retirement really tried to improve my fitness: had got to 62k a week on my concept 2 with a 80/20 split of long steady rows and some interval training.
Managed to get ill on holiday -first proper week back 50k on rower and 60k on bike erg (spontaneous buy because I felt so shitty).
Aim is 100k row plus 60 bike within a few months and see where I am.
