So having joined the cup schemes etc I thought I was getting a half decent deal. Have never slagged the club for pricing etc as I understand they have to make money however when I get in work this afternoon and find out that I could get tickets for £15 for Plzen and I have paid £28 I find it a little galling to say the least.
Surely this has to be brought up/highlighted or maybe it has.
It's not the price of £28 as I thpought that fine,it's the fact that any blue in the sports and social can buy a ticket for £15 which has annoyed me somewhat.
Years and years of loyalty apparently mean fuck all.
Just proves that we are seen as cash cows at times.

Why not price it at £15 for cup scheme members????

Are we not paying for the privilege/convenience of having the same seat on our season tickets?
It is very important we fill the ground next Wednesday & I think that has a lot to do with the pricing and promotion of the tickets.
I do agree though, it takes the piss somewhat.
Let us know if you get a response. Next time I see Chris Nield I might bring it up :)

Last season we Were turfed out of our seats for corporate UEFA types to sit there instead( not city's fault ,,,its a UEFA requirement...!

Nothing I could do apparently

WRONG........I didn't renew for champs league this season.

Quids in.

I'm out next season too. Will pick and choose. Paid £213 for 3 games for me
and 19 yr old lad. Only one game really appealed. If we get to a final then I miss out and that's fair enough. My loss.

Needs to be brought up at the next points of blue meeting. Or whatever it's called?

Earlier this year I went to Super League rugby match. As usual the club shop was open before the game doing a decent trade in replica shirts etc. 10 mins before the final whistle it was announced over the tannoy "For an hour after the end of the game the price of everything in the club shop will be reduced by 25%". Perhaps not surprisingly when I walked past the club shop after the match there was a long queue of unhappy looking punters, carrier bags in hand, waiting to return their pre match purchases.

Its not surprising that the club are doing their best to get a decent attendance for the Plzen game. I doubt that many would be surprised, or all that bothered, to learn that were a few free tickets doing the rounds of the schools. But people don't like to feel that they've been treated like mugs. Some token gesture, eg bring a mate for a fiver, for those that paid full price might have helped.

I bet there won't be any discounts for the last 16 home leg. :-)

We'll soon find out of those social club fans really are interested in supporting City or not.

By all means bring it up mate...good luck with that.

Like the other guy said my loss and I'm comfortable with that....I ain't paying 1500 quid for my seat either.

And I'm comfortable with that ....my loss.

It's obvious to anyone with eyes which direction things are heading.

There was every chance this could happen. People chose to buy a package that could have gone either way. If city we needed to win those tickets wouldn't be £15 they would be £40.

All the local amature football teams have had an email offering them tickets for this game through the FA priced £15.

You Couldnt Make It Up !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ironic really we are desperate to fill the ground so that is looks good on TV but if it wasn't being shown on TV the ground would be full.

I dread to think what will happen if we get a 61,000 seater stadium.
