You've shown a case where a person charged with GBH was remanded in custody.

The legal and probation professionals have been saying for years that the jails are full and a large proportion of suspects are being let out on bail because of this.

We don't actually know why they were let out on bail. Could be a number of reasons.

However if you and others want to believe it's because they are Muslims and Muslims are treated leniently as opposed to white people then have at it.

Can’t find anything on him assaulting police. I’m sure it’s there if true, but those particular words just bring up this mess at the airport and arrests made yesterday in London

PTSD can be an issue as well.....looks like courts will make the decision.

If they don't get jail time something isn't right.

Stop making it a racial thing.

Their lawyer and community leaders where not so shy in making it a racial thing and I didn't see many on the original thread not disagreeing with them either.

If the mum waas racially abused and police then went on to arrest them thats a whole new perspective. It sounds like many fuck ups on all fronts by all involved. But its a fast moving case so lets see.

If we add all the events up it at least shows that the men fought anyone on that day, they were instigators.

Copper to be found to have done his job under the influence of concussion the thugs jailed and the lawyer disbarred would be an excellent result.
