You’re sceptical about terms like “change management”?

Have you ever worked in a business that employs over 15 people before?
I'm not being critical. Some of the language and concepts are like a foreign bloody language if you have never had to live with them. Some of the disciplines are hard to take even for those that have.

I’m not denying that, I am questioning why he quoted Change Management as a term he’s sceptical of.

Well, we have had a bit of a warm up in the first week, but Telegraph now reporting that French authorities have instructed ports via letter to step up customs checks/controls from Monday.

Follows an FT story at a meeting on Thurs, in which French read “the riot act” to ferry and port operators about incorrect paperwork and not following procedures to the letter.

Big deal, was it really worth it?

B. Why did you butt in?
C. People have been managing change long before anyone made "change management" an MBA module. Try creating the NHS.
D. Most of the time it doesn't work.
