I'm not being critical. Some of the language and concepts are like a foreign bloody language if you have never had to live with them. Some of the disciplines are hard to take even for those that have.
I’m not denying that, I am questioning why he quoted Change Management as a term he’s sceptical of.

C. People have been managing change long before anyone made "change management" an MBA module. Try creating the NHS.

This is what five people, with different roles, from different organisations had to say about their change management experiences. 'Change management is a bad word around here, weâve been through 14 change managers in the last 2 years and every single one has failed.
