Bosnia is currently undergoing the ‘Stabilisation and Association Process’ and trade relations are regulated by an Interim Agreement.

Yes, they're miles off being admitted, as I said. It's been going on for years. The stabilisation process started in 2008. They applied to join the EU in 2016. If you look at the 2019 opinion on their application:
1) there isn't a single area of any requirement for admission to the EU that they are well prepared
2) they are moderately prepared in the areas of free movement of capital and intellectual property law.
3) the rest (a long list) nowhere near
It took 3 years for the EU to write the opinion.
When do you think these more diverse countries will actually be admitted?

Several European countries are in the process for membership, Ukraine and Bosnia are two of them. Albania another. If successful they will enjoy the benefits of Freedom of movement.

Sweden is about 8% Muslim, the Netherlands and France are about 15% non-white. Other countries are just as diverse. FoM did not discriminate against any of these minorities. This bullshit about FoM being racially or religiously discriminatory is just made up bollocks used to defend us not wanting it.

Therein lies the issue of why Labour might not get the red wall back.

It’s the presumption the working classes are nationalist xenophobes.

On the specific point raised, the budget had to be scrapped for an emergency one to fight the virus, I’m certainly not going to kick them for not investing heavily anywhere at this moment in time. I expect to see it by the time the next election comes up though.

I don't disagree with what you are saying, but what I was saying was that given we still need and will have immigration we will probably end up with a more diverse intake under the points system. The biggest countries for migration to the UK were Poland and Romania, which are predominantly white. I don't think Muslims from Sweden factored into anyone's Brexit thoughts.

No, they don’t. Non EU immigration is handled by the individual member nations, each of whom has their own criteria.

From 2022 there will be a new electronic system for citizens of non EU countries to travel to the Schengen area, basically an electronic authorisation replacing the visa system which will grant you a 90 day stay. It will encompass 60 countries.
