I would have been more than happy to see Yaya play until the end of his contract even it meant cameo roles at the end like Patrick Viera.

most agents the same, we remember the debacle with tevez agent Joorabchian, thought he was a fucking worse gimp, fuck me isnt as if yaya in his prime, and because of his wages cant see many if any kicking our door down for him. we love yaya but fuck me only a few days since winning a double and now this. he gets all the attention from our fans, what more does he want

neither here nor there to me, I think we have to change from a midfield two or three with or without him next season and if he went we'd buy top quality replacements that we'd get another 5 years out of, meaning that we are providing our academy with more time to nurture the right players through, rather than get to 2 years time with Yaya seriously in decline, no resale value and maybe not with the ideal players from the academy ready to step up.

If he really wants to go then "see ya, thanks for the memories" All he has to do is hand in a transfer request, give up all the bonuses associated with his contract, Balotelli and Tevez did apparently, then swap him for who we want from Barca.
