Got fed up of the 'Every one is the dressing room knew Pogba would be world class when he left' lies from Camel Gob and the sly 'not a good cross from the Manchester City man' remarks from Murphy I switched off and got ready for bed. The bedroom TV had ITV on and so we then got Giggs, Keane and the twin idiots Hoddle and Tyldesley gushing about bringing Martial on which soon sent me off to sleep. So fortunately I missedthe teanny lifting the cup which Portugal won because not despite him being injured.
Too much of this tournament has had prats on both channels gushing about past and present or possible future rag players, who incidentally contributed sweet FA to live up to their hype.
Roll on the proper football in a month with some of the 'experts' gone back to obscurity.

Great game: lots of drama, suspense and some fantastic defending. France had it all laid out for them, which is why I'm happy they lost it in the end.
In general it didn't bother me much Portugal winning it, always funny when the hosts fluff it. It's just fucking Ronaldo and every part of him I detest. Him as a footballer is a different discussion but as a person I don't think there's a bigger **** on the planet. Never seen anyone milk an injury as much as him, keep collapsing for a bit of camera time and then stretchered off seconds after running with the ball. He sits on the bench the rest of the game then the second Portugal take the lead and the limelight might be on the scorer he needs to be on the sidelines barking orders as if he was some sort of inspiration. The team then win and all run on to celebrate but him, he needs to collapse on the side to make sure he gets every bit of coverage possible, he knows if he ran on to celebrate with the team he might of been lost in the crowd. Twat.

Did clattenberg get any grief for getting the player he booked wrong? Thought it played a big part in goal in the end as the player was already on a yellow and couldn't commit

I always remember him doing that when the rags won the CL final on pens. Everyone started running to VDS, but after about 5 steps, Ronaldo realised he'd get lost, so collapsed, crying, to the floor for a close up.

Yeah I agree. I actually think it helped Portugal when Ronaldo went off. No more little tantrums when he doesn't get a pass. No trying to do it all by himself. If he stayed on I think they would of lost it.
