Toure for me. Totally dominated the midfield and kept us moving forward. Mangala a close 2nd and Fernandinho 3rd
Nasri my second yes on Toure number one.

Exactly, could of quite easily drew or lost with so many injuries and facing a tough Palace side or got carried away with our form and not given 100%, but this is title winning form. I know it's early and there's a lot of tough games coming up, but we've got to be happy with the result and mentality of the team.Bloody sweet that win today .
All these injuries and we still win .
Made up for the young lad that scored today .
Also glad Aguero ok .
I thought Sagna, Mangala, Kompany, Nasri, de Bruyne, and Bony all had very good games, very disciplined performances all of them.
Just saw the Dann hatchet job on MOTD.
A line has to he drawn. When you have opposition players deliberately injuring Silva by targeting his ankle and Agüero by just booting his knee. Should have been a straight red allnday long the thuggish bastard.
I watched the full 90 minutes and Mangala gave the ball away twice, and was out of position a couple of times, once after his own mistake. Didn't see him caught for pace, and otherwise he didn't put a foot wrong.Agree with others, especially KDB, but Mangala was not good. Gave the ball away and caught for pace a few times and positionally poor for me.
Is your opiniont based on a MOTD viewing?Agree with others, especially KDB, but Mangala was not good. Gave the ball away and caught for pace a few times and positionally poor for me.
Apparently Grim Up North can answer why Pellers started with 442. I gave up trying to fathom out what the fuck he was on about tbh, so maybe you'll have better luck than I did.......Great win, plus we had to really dig in, which showed a tremendous team spirit. Although the injury to Aguero wasn't welcome, it in fact forced our manager to play the tried and trusted 4-5-1 formation which now has resulted in 11 straight league wins on the trot.
I'm scratching my head as to why he didn't start in that formation, if anyone can provide an answer I'm all ears? I'm totally baffled by his decision to start the game 4-4-2.
Great win bearing in mind we didn't risk Silva, or Stirling and wrapped them in cotton wool which might just pay us back in spades, plus it also looks like Sergio is fine following his tweets.
What a great day and win, CTID
I can tell you who didn't have a good game...Kolarov
I'm not prone to hyperbole, but that felt like a big win today.
They were in good form, and really up for it. With the injuries we had, three points is a huge result. We are looking very, very good at the moment.
Nasri and De Bruyne were excellent, and it was a hard fought but well deserved win. Good times.
Ye, what was all that about nacos 72 being a very unusual squad number? Was that some sort of dig?Anyone else think John Motson - MOTD - should be "put out to grass". Terrible commentary.
It sure did, especially when it looked nailed on for a point. Although it is very early days still you feel if we stretch that lead to eight points or more over second place we will take some catching.
