Post Match Thread: City vs West Ham

Only read a couple of pages but again navas is the scapegoat. Truth is whilst we praised ever player over the first five games every player under performed today. Fair play to west Ham we couldn't break them down and that's our fault not theirs yes they time waster but it's what any team including us would do in that situation.
On the day we were poor and we got what we deserved

Aguero was awful most of the game.

Thought Navas again was decent tbh. Always looking to create.

WHAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He was shocking again and we need to get shot of him......id play either sterling or KDB in his place in every game

The guy is WOEFUL!!!!

Navas instead of Nasri is one of the reasons why we were playing at such a high tempo but his end product is terrible, a bit like Sterling's. Otamendi, Fernandinho and De Bruyne all brilliant. We have been so wasteful in front of goal this season, could have easily scored 10 more goals than we have so far.

bad mistake changing the team......... sterling for bony big fuck up by the gaffer we lost momemtum big time

When Sterling went off we lost any sense of threat down that side and, arguably, lost any shape and momentum. Think Pellegrini has to hold his hands up and say he messed up today.

+10
We were pressing like hell. Why change it? Bony hasn't touch the ball, maybe once.

But we lost because of first half performance, specifically Mangala's. That's not Pelle's mistake. He's set us up right, the players were asleep till 2-0.

2 goals out of nothing from West Ham (Thought Hart should have saved the first and the second was a mess) They then proceeded to have their entire team in their own half for the 2nd half. Fair play they defended brilliantly and Adrian pulled off numerous saves.

We were far too slow moving the ball, Toure is at fault for this as he wants to dictate play from deep at a snails pace. Aguero was well off it, looked bereft of confidence and his movement was non-existent. Sterling was quiet, rarely saw him move around freely and get involved. Kolarov was all round woeful. Thought De Bruyne, Otamendi and Fernandinho were the positives.
