Post your guilty secret here.

My guilty secret is that the first gig I ever attended was Showaddywaddy at Bradford St George's Hall.
I was only 7 years old at the time so probably didn't know any better!
I'm in the same boat..... ask me what my first gig is and i will happily tell the world it was Stiff Little Fingers in July 80 aged 17.

However, one December night when i was probably 11 or 12 my parents dragged me and one of my other brothers to some theatre (suspect they couldn't get a baby sitter.....) to see Peters and Lee, with support from Mike & Bernie Winters and a very young The Nolans.
That fucking Peters and Lee hardly had any songs and sang Welcome Home twice.

BROTHER!!!!!

My first gig was also the Nolans, or Nolan Sisters as I seem to recall they warbled under at that time, dragged along by mother dear at the tender age of about 7, scarred for life even then :/

I am in to model railways and I go to swap meets most Sunday morning up to about 100 miles from where I live. The entrance fee is normally around £3-4 quid but my first task is always to sneak in for nothing. The reason I do this is they are full of 30 something mums and dads dragging their uninterested kids and babies in prams around the Halls reminiscing about toys they had as a kid whilst the true enthusiasts struggle to get anywhere near the stalls selling the stuff. They never buy anything whereas 95% Of the time I will buy something. The cheekiest place to do it is Bolton Wanderers ground when after sneaking in I have to return to the entrance to ask them to put my reg number in to the system to avoid getting a parking ticket.

Ffs, the title of this thread is Post Your Guilty Secret.
A poster, perhaps half in jest puts he enjoyed watching Portillo doing his train programmes.
Cue the politically deranged who have to come on and bang their drum so loud they make Klopp look like an amateur.
Ric paid a bit extra to the Internet people so that he could create a Political Section so that all the nut jobs could go and shout in there. Unfortunately it doesn't always work.

Oh and has anyone mentioned Portillo can't even walk properly ? Surely a sign of a wrong un. Beat him to death with a Bradshaws.
I’ve noticed that. He leads with his knees instead of his feet, always makes me laugh.

I still feel bad about it to this day. :-)

When I was young I went to see a United trophy parade in town and ended up in Albert Square.

I don’t know why I did it. I probably just wanted to see what a trophy looked like, and to be part of a trophy parade, even though it was the Rags.

Thankfully it never changed my support or allegiance from City to United.

Peters & Lee would have been great. I was dragged to see a washed-up Cliff Richard aged 9 for my first gig. Second gig was U2 7 years later which seems even worse in retrospect.
