oh well hell probably end up at real madrid or barcelona for peanuts. But lets hope he decides to stay here and become a regular!

The fact that we now have a few spanish and argentinian players here will make him feel 'at home' ...... he looks to be an exciting talent who runs at defenders , which they definitely won't like !

:( I didn't say he will better Messi, I said he can.. I'm pretty sure no one knew Messi would be the world's best when they brought him from Argentina.

Don't get me wrong, I think he's a great prospect; arguably the best in the academy at present.

I just think any comparison to Messi is both hyperbolic and nonsensical. Let's just see how he progesses this season (after a serious injury, I might add) before making absurd claims.

Looks to be a very promising player indeed ....... haven't seen him play , but going off that video i doubt there are many (if any) better kids at City.

He shows a style in that video that reminds me of George Best , and if he turns out to be even half as good we'll have a real 'find' on our hands .

Real Madrid were apparently rather upset at losing him , and their loss could well turn out to be our gain.

Oh wow he sounds good! I wasn't privileged enough to see George 'Bestie' play, but I've heard a lot of good stuff about him. Yes, Real Madrid were really upset, he was their best youth player at that stage. Him and Marcos Lopes are very good. The rest like Rekik and Suarez have less of a chance to make it big.

What a talent this dude is. He's better than Messi was at 17 and he's probably the best forward who is 17 years old in the world now! Fast forward 6 years and he could be winning the Ballon D'or in a City shirt! Our future looks bright.

Well making even a small comparsion to someone like George Best is certainly a tall order for any kid , but Pozo in that video , although very young , appears to show similar balance , awareness , pace , dribbling skill and finishing ... something Best had in abundance.

I haven't seen him play 'in the flesh' , but we need to look after this kid , encourage him to play , and offer him opportunites ..... he looks to have the talent , and confidence , to ultimately make a real impression here.

Very encouraging! I wonder how Pellegrini will deal with the youth? Will he put them straight into the deep end or send them on loan or keep them in the EDS. Certain players will develop better if they are given large responsibilities. Isco is one example. But there are many other players who benefit more from loan experience and gradually getting eased into the first team. I think Pozo is still quite raw but very exciting. I've seen another video of him when he was at Real Madrid (not going to post it here :P) and he was mesmerising against the Barcelona youth teams. Either way, all I hope for is our youth to fulfill their potential. Whether he reaches Messi's level or not!

I think there should be a limit as to how many threads one person can start with the word dude in and a link to a YouTube video in.

would be a good idea if the moderators or the one in charge create a sub forum just with all the members of the first team, another for EDS. so if anyone want to write about any player of City will know where to write about it. That is the easiest way to avoid 3 or 5 threads about the same player. Is just a suggestion.
