I think we should stop using North London Forever and replace it with 'Sexyback' by Justin Timberlake, with the Arsenal players singing it as well.

I'd just love to see the looks on the opposing teams' players!

If it was up to me, City would play the BOYS IN BLUE, (and I also like Forever Blowing Bubbles and the Chip ButtySong) but regardless of who started it or whether we even like it, Liverpool's "anthem" has since gained a sickly reverential supernatural appeal that, aside from possibly Barcelona's equivalent transcends all rival alternatives.

That's the way the media see it, and I'm not sure there's anything that we can do about it.

Spot on and we also sang the fast version with the

It stopped around mid 80's (clearly.after 85) when a section of the Kippax would drown it out with
"Dirty Scouse song, dirty Scouse song, hello, hello dirty Scouse song...."

I don't think Liverpool decided it was theirs, everyone bar them dropped it.

Hibs fans used to do the clap fast version but was ditched. A song best left to bin dipping giro cashing teams.
