Pre/post Wembley drinks around London.

Is there a spilt with the liverpool fans? I read they are getting Moore Spice is that not in the middle or as much the blues end? Very confusing carry on.

To be honest, we've never really had any problems drinking on the streets on the west side. Always stood on the grass verge next to The Greyhound and they pretty much gave us free reign for the FA Cup semi v the Rags, the finals v Stoke, Wigan, and Sunderland, plus the semi against Chelsea. The only time they seemed to get a little arsey was the CS game against the Rags (actually it might have been the Stoke final) but in the end they allowed us to drink there.
It's a good little spot that, but the last couple of times both there and the roundabout have been full of coppers jumping on anyone with a drink (I say anyone, but they would make a beeline for the easiest targets and the smallest groups).

I know they are just enforcing the law but I thought it would have been perfectly reasonable to turn a blind eye and let us get on with it, as it causes next to no trouble and I'd have thought they'd rather have all the public drinkers in one area which they could keep an eye on, rather than people disappearing up hidden side streets or trying to get into the already overcrowded pubs.

A few of us staying in Wembley Saturday/Sunday but thinking of going into central London Saturday night, anybody know of a good night out central London?i've worked there Monday-Friday a few times but never done the weekend and heard it's not the best, was hoping to catch the Quigg-Frampton fight.

London is a good night out. If Quigg v Frampton is Box Office then you'll need somewhere that shows it. Wembley isn't my area at all. All I'd suggest is one of the specialist sports bars like a Rileys. I'm after watching it myself!

As you come out of the front enrance at Euston, food places in front of you & it's on the left hand side. You have to go up some stairs to the bar. Yes they serve real ale.

got you ... I thought you meant the open air bars outside the station as you walk up to main road ( not maine road )

I think you mean the Euston Tap, which is in the little lodge-type building a bit further out in front of the station towards Euston Road. Rotating cask ales, craft beers etc. There's now also a Cider Tap directly opposite.
The Doric Arch is, as Ken_Barnes says, just to the left hand side as you come out of the station and make your way to the main road. Decent enough spot. There's plenty of other options on Euston Road, too.

Any thoughts with Baker Street? It's on the Jubilee line which is our side of Wembley. I'm convinced there's a number of fun pubs and establishments around there.
