Predator drones

What i find pathetic is when on one side innocents are killed, its terrorism ( and it is ) but on the other side of the coin its seems to be perfectly acceptable. Pathetic. I thought terrorism broadly means killing of innocent people in a act of aggression against a particular country. If that doesnt define what the US and EU are doing to Afghanistan,Pakistan, yemen etc i dont know what does.

What would be your reaction to state sponcered/supported terrorism?
Invite them around to tea and cakes, and have a chat about it?

There is something called diplomacy. If your idea of responding to killing of innocents is the killing of even more innocents, then i despair.

You do realise the U.S has a very long history of sponsoring terrorism? Lately it had been Libya and Syria.

Between 2003 and 2010, suicide bomb attacks accounted for the deaths of over 12000 innocent Iraqi civilians whilst claiming the lives of just over 200 servicemen.

That to me says it all and yes, the use of drone attacks or pin pointed missile strikes may well account for the unfortunate and tragic deaths of a small number of innocent civilians, the real culprits and mass murderers continue to be the insurgents and terrorists.

Yes i do, but i do not see the helping to overthrow murderous dictators as an act of terrorism.

Hysterical post.
Drones dramatically reduce the risk of soldiers being killed whilst on special missions.
They would not knowingly strike a school full of children.
Pakistan gets hit often as they harbour terrorists (including Bin Laden)
Why does Obama sign of every strike personally? Because he takes such things extremely seriously (and I 'aint no Obama fan!)
Maybe we should be up in arms about the tragic loss of human life caused by these terrorists - or would make people be 'bigots' 'racisits, 'right wingers' etc?
Your post is complete and total nonsense. if you have posted it seriously and its not a wum you should ashamed of yourself.

Pakistan were harboring Bin Laden? He was an ex CIA tactian hiding in Pakistan. The U.S didn't need him anymore so stormed in a killed him (if he wasn't dead already).

I am up in arms about an innocent loss of life. A suicide bomber is a terrorist but these drone strikes are also the act of terrorism.

All the proof we needed of who is the 'nutjob'.
Give me strength!

Why, Do you believe he was shot and buried at sea 24hrs later?

That's funny because some murderous dictators are supported by the U.S but others overthrown?

We are going a little of the point from Predator drones but interesting debate nonetheless.
The Libyan 'Rebels' are Islamic extremists, the same as the ones in Syria, Yemen, Pakistan etc. So whats the difference?

I'm not saying Gaddafi wasn't a terrible person but Libya was a much safer country under him than it is now.

A video about Libya under Gaddafi if you have the time.
