Premier League Games 11/12/13 May

He’s in the elite technically gifted class, but lacks mentality.

Gio Kinkladze type of guy.

We loved Gio because he brought joy to a shit team. He went to Derby after us.

They are frustrated with him because he stops them being an elite side, but can see his quality.
Typical French player, lacks bottle when it comes to the crunch. Like Nasri

Thing is....would the rags have been better taking the three nil loss for rioting rather than having the game rescheduled and getting battered by the scousers....

lol

He does have good technical ability, and thus he plays the odd nice pass or score the odd good long range goal. Maybe a nice dribble here and there too... but the 'here and there' is the key bit really isn't it? He's just Nani, but as a midfielder. Occasional moments of brilliance, but just so inconsistent. Nani was also highly technically gifted but just disappeared often. Still, he'd probably be United's best forward now, but he was just nowt more than a squad player for a United side miles better than this one. That's all Pogba would be at City too. A backup if we needed to rest Gundo/KDB/Bernardo.
He has all the ability BUT he does not have the thing that makes a player, bottle.

He has a weak mentality, lacks passion and courage, without those technical quality is irrelevant.

A show pony and a disgrace in my opinion.

First time I have watch this fixture for years in fact cant every remember watching it before. But as the game had no baring on us I thought I would give it ago.

Thought the standard of play was poor. The ball retention was shocking. I even posted as the match was going on that my missus said " why do they keep passing to the other team ?". By that she meant both teams lol. They was s spell when where both teams kept getting the ball than 5 seconds later passed to the opposition.
No team really want to keep the ball for long, just looking to hoof it long.
I couldn't really think of any of those players that would get into City squad.

If according to Sky that is the biggest fixture in the premier league, Sky better be hoping that they fine some quality from somewhere soon lol.

The game had plenty of goals but the overall standard was poor.

Said before , every time the camera went to paperboy he was just sat in his chair looking confused and lost. This was the first time I have watched a whole utd game this season. Is that all the paperboy does ? Most managers stand in their box and are up and down like a yoyo. He looked totally lost lol.

Perhaps us City fans have been so spoiled with Pep and our players. It's clear that Pep and the players should be receiving far more praise because City are light years ahead of these two hoofball teams. Our players control the pass, our close control is great, we always look for a pass.

Lots of teams now try to play the Pep way. It sort of a shame that Wimbledon dont get the praise for creating style of play that the dippers and tags play !.

Didn’t bother watching but summary seems to be
. Penandes got shot by a sniper
. Dippers are back
. Bobby and Terence Trent are back
. Alti was shite
. Rags missed Slabhead.
. Fred got two assists for the dippers
Did I miss anything
