How the fuck did Fulham beat West Ham 5-0, they are completely toothless.

Refs are too card happy with the kicking the ball away rule. You touch the ball after the whistle, yellow card. Completely get it if the games stopped and a player casually knocks it out, thats a good rule but when a player is almost in the process of clearing it when the whistle goes, they can't just stop dead as soon as the whistle is blown, the disasi yellow, the free kick was never going to be taken quickly anyway he's not delaying anything.
