a lot of luck for the scousers in that game but you could argue you make your own luck at times.

They haven't looked good but they are still solid and its all in their hands...all we can do is keep winning and hope to keep the pressure on.....the thing is however is that we are not going to win every game this season which is what we practically need to do and Liverpool dont look like losing at all. There is just something about their team at the moment that is solid (yet unispiring) that makes me think that they will hold on and win it (unfortunately)

Assuming a win tomorrow, a 4 point lead is nothing with 5 games left let alone 15(edited) games to go. They do look capable of dropping points and thats all needed to happen in 3 of their remaining games. and this current city squad is more than capable of going on a long winning run as long as fernandinho remains fit imo. They had that same sort of thing going for them in their season with suarez, went on a long winning run only to bottle it with the last 4 games to go. Trust me they will feel the pressure as long as the 4 points defecit remains hopefully after tommorow

There was a piece in the MEN this week about how for something like the next 7 rounds of fixtures, we play BEFORE the dippers, so instead of the gap widening and us having to win to close it, we can potentially close it right up and heap pressure of them to re-open it. Apparently it can be a massive factor, who plays first.

As for tiring and luck I think you're right
But they defended poorly today and its only a matter of time before they drop points especially against top 6 sides. We just have to make sure we are still challenging when that happens. That's all we must do

There it is the penalty,despite his goals and assists whilst learning a new style of play people will never like him,pathetic

I don’t personally like him as I don’t like the way every fucker knows exactly what he will do every time he gets the ball.

When he turns a game or scores a crucial goal then I may change my mind but at the moment his central role is allowing us to rest players against the likes of Burton and Rotherham.
