Premier League Games 2/3/4 April '22

Sky and co are desperate for this to go to the last day of the season cos we’ve got Villa… The Gerrard factor is the media’s wet dream

None of those are typical strikers, except Firmino who is a striker that doesnt score goals. Jota would have been underwhelming as a ln Aguero replacement for most on here
Regarding Jota, tbh it’s hats off to their illegally obtained scouting reports. Did he even play down the middle at Wolves? I only really recall him playing from the left? So they saw qualities in him to use him in a way that Wolves weren’t and to be fair they got it spot on.

And giving Torres to Barca (who is banging them in) for zero money down and then 5 pounds a week for the next 50 years
The question is what is a "striker" in the current climate? Are diaz / jota / firminho any different to mahrez / foden / bernardo? Personally I don't think so but it is all about opinions.

It's the hope that kills you. Don't do it to yourselves. Since January I haven't watched one of their games. We just need to concentrate on ourselves. If we start dropping points I can't see this lot slipping up this time round.
