Agree - not only do we play a completely different game to most, we are literal levels above them. I think it says everything that a player who rarely got off the bench for us looks like a world-beater in a team who finished 30 points behind us last year. We live in a different world to Chelsea FC.

I suspect the same would be true for most of the players in our squad. What would happen if you dropped Bernardo in the Arsenal team? Or Savinho at Newcastle? They would be their most important players in no time at all, because we are operating at a standard that other teams can only dream of.

However to pretend he's something other than what he is (a very good player) is just petty and that goes for people at both ends of the scale-those that say he is Messi and those that say he's shit.

Regarding Palmer, I still believe it was a good piece of business for all parties. I think if he’d stayed he’d still be keeping the bench warm. We got good money for him, he’s gets to play regularly and is flourishing at Chelsea. Win win.

this Lopetegui project is shit. even when they wanted more modern play and got in Pellegrini that also didnt work. WHU needs old school style and anything else wont work there lol. Big Sam, Hodgson etc. I bet they would get better results straightaway.

No idea what I do know is that he's a very good player-certainly better than anything the rags have got.
