Premier League Games 26/27/28 Dec "22

Flapping after 14 games must be some sort of a record even for the knicker wetters on this forum. I can’t believe how little faith some people still have in this team some of us watch week in and week out. Chill the fuck out and let’s hope none of the city players throw the towel in as quickly as some of you soft arses……

I honestly feel like this is what some people on here will be saying as Arteta lifts the trophy. They've got 40pts after 15 games. They're actual contenders.
anyine who doesnt think they are, are foolish. Likewise, anyone writing us off.

still lots to play for but they are the marker and we’ll need to turn it on and beat them head 2 head. Which we are capable of doing. But it will be tough.

All talk is about Jesus, Saka, Martinell, but I think Odegaard and Partey are the players that lifted Arsenal this season. And they like to eat rice.
Hmmmm, not sure where your going with this…
Hopefully to the supermarket for rice pudding.

Two dodgy games coming up for arsenal in Brighton away and Newcastle at home let’s see how they do in them ..

Dodgy? I'd be surprised if they don't take 6pts from them. Shame they are not playing Newcastle at their place - that would have been a potential banana skin.

Just looked we play them at the Emirates before the Etihad aswell, we really need to put a run together otherwise arsenal could be over the hills and far away.

I'm still confident we will win it all but looking like another close title race which is not what I wanted. Not good for our champions league credentials either.

Bad smell of Leicester City on steroids and some actual quality. They way how they play and how everything is going their way, hmmmm. We are all waiting for a slip, but they are performing on the level of our 100 points season.
Seriously? Over half the season to go, and you're hoisting the white flag? You don't remember last season? Or the 18/19 campaign? Yes, Arsenal are playing very well. It'd be silly of me to suggest otherwise. But we're more than capable of putting together a run of a dozen wins on the bounce. I'm not sure Arsenal are. Also, they've only won one more game, and lost one less than us (one less draw than us). Having played a game more than us.

Of course, you're perfectly entitled to your opinion. I just find it a bit odd that someone can seemingly have given up so early in the season.

Of course they are contenders.. and for the first time in decade, and they are very, very young.. so they are proving what a fantastic side they are. Being contenders doesn’t mean you win it though.

Like I said, there is at least a title in this squad in the coming seasons.. I just don’t think it is this season.. I may be wrong of course but I would still back our squad and manager at this point. And so do most neutrals that I have spoken to about it.

You mean not good for the heart ..

I don’t think it’s flapping to acknowledge that a very good very hungry young team with an equally talented hungry young manager who have a big lead at the top are in the driving seat for the title.

We haven’t hit the heights of the previous two seasons yet and the age of some of our most influential players coupled with the unique physical strains of this season have sown seeds of doubt in the minds of more cautious blues
