You cant ban people for being a ****, if you could there would be about 4 people on this forum (if im being generous) and about 6 people at the match including the players, bruno fernandes wouldnt be able to leave his house.
That’s not true though. As private businesses, football clubs can ban who they want, for whatever they want.
 
legally yes they can, i meant generally banning someone for being a **** is a slippery slope
Memberships have been cancelled from all sorts of clubs for all sorts of reasons for centuries, whether it be golf, masons, political party or polo.

The only difference is that social media highlights it more now.

Coutts tried to wipe Farage off their shoe but got a lot of grief for saying it was because he didn't have enough money when really it was because everyone though he was a ****. What about his human rights to be a ****?
