The touchline must be longer than the goal-line.

Length (touchline):
minimum 90m (100yds)
maximum 120m (130yds)

Length (goal-line):
minimum 45m (50yds)
maximum 90m (100yds)

For Premier League:

K.15. – Unless otherwise permitted by the Board, in League Matches the length of the pitch shall be 105 metres and its breadth 68 metres.

K.16. – The Board shall only give permission to a Club for the dimensions of its pitch to be other than as set out in Rule K.15 if it is impossible for it to comply with Rule K.15 due to the nature of the construction of its Stadium.

Premier league have their own rules and have had for nearly a decade where all pitches have to be the same size, as far as I’m aware.

You could theoretically have a virtually square pitch. West Ham could accommodate it, I reckon. You would have to play the game totally differently. Reckon it would be pretty wank to watch.

Anyone remember when Souness was Rangers manager and he narrowed the pitch for a European fixture at Ibrox, against some outfit from Eastern Europe, who described it as "un-British"?
