Blimey. I’ve got about a hundred quids worth from when I was a kid. I’ve no paperwork and haven’t touched anything to do with them since about 1985. Am I shit out of luck, or does anyone know if there’s a way to reconnect with them? A quick look on the website wasn’t too helpful.

If you’ve got the numbers it’s reasonably easy I think - might take a while though. Cut me in if you’ve won ;)

6% return for me over the year. Don’t even mind taking a hit on say BS interest rates just for the excitement of going on the Prize Checker every month.

£150 for me
£825 for the missus (most of the money in hers is mine, but I agreed she could keep any winnings, sigh)

Google is your friend……Government website sorted mine out from 1957, takes a bit of time and you need to have your postal address where it was issued to

Havent won bugger all since April - have a decent amount invested too.

Toying with the idea of binning them off tbh.

Anyone know how to change them to another person. My mother-in-law passed away and she has some. We also have a £50 winners cheque in her name, but her accounts are closed.

By ‘closed’ you mean they don’t exist, or you don’t have access? Oh you mean her bank accounts?

You should be able to contact them , if you are the executor of her estate (and have the death certificate).
I’m unsure/doubt whether you can transfer them, probably have to cash them in (it’ll be part of her estate, so the monetary value will need to be divi’d up as per any will).

You can’t. They have to be cashed in by her executor.
