Google is your friend……Government website sorted mine out from 1957, takes a bit of time and you need to have your postal address where it was issued to

I registered mine from the sixties earlier this year and there was a bit of to and fro but it’s all sorted now.

Anyone know how to change them to another person. My mother-in-law passed away and she has some. We also have a £50 winners cheque in her name, but her accounts are closed.
