You are conflating personal behavior which is morally objectional, with illegal behavior relying on the power of the presidency in order to remain in power.I wouldn't vote for Trump and if you had read my posts and in fact you have commented as such in the past you wouldn't have to ask that question.
What I have said is that a person who votes for someone you think is fascist does not a fascist make or is pro fascism.
My turn for once for you , JFK was a sociopathic , drug addicted , playboy who loved to cheat on his wife.
I would have voted for him despite this and being none of the above but you wouldn't unless you are either a sociopath , drug loving playboy who likes to commit adultery as you phrase it or having these qualities is of no consequence to you when it comes to what you look for in a president.
Would you vote for JFK?
Trump is guilty - on record of both behaviors.
JFK dodged most of the guilt from the former and did not- to my knowledge - engage in the later.
Nixon - to my knowledge - was free of guilt from the former - but in an earlier age - was forced out of office for the later.
Would I vote for JKF? Reluctantly I would not. Reluctant because of his unique ability to do good - not - because his public veneer is a sham. In fact, I'd vote to impeach him.

Curiously, many of the people I once respected - I no longer do. Charlie Rose, Andrew Cuomo, O. J. Simpson! (who saw that coming?!?), Michael Jackson, Bill Clinton, Bill Gates, and so on. We can't tolerate such behavior - and especially so in our leaders.
