Print at Home Tickets 2022-23

I didnt get an e-mail that it’s ready to print.
I just logged in to my account yesterday and it was there - have you checked today? If not i would contact the club.

I did another check after you said that and found them about 3 miles down on the email.

I have been able to print at home not only mine but my grandsons and his uncles tickets without any stress and phone calls to city. WELL DONE CITY CTID

The latest email doesn't help (complete with a broken link). The previous one a few weeks ago had a link to your account to go to the print at home option (same as last year, click to get the email with the ticket attachment).

Every week last season I was on here moaning and stressed out after trying to print at home.
But this season second home match in and the process was faultless Well done city ticket office stress free at last. CTID

Do people still have printers at home? I don't think I've had a printer since about 2007.

Still posses my Commodore 64 , its has an excellent dot matrix printer as well can PM details :)

Anyone else on the print@home league/cups scheme unable to obtain the Dortmund ticket?
The e-mail confirming payment taken did say it would be a mobile ticket - tried it this morning, and no ticket attached.
I have sent an e-mail this morning to City about it, and if I don't get a reply, will try to see the ticket office before Spurs on Saturday if I've got the time to do so.

I had a print at home ticket for spurs on Monday. I phoned up, and asked for an email from them with a print at home attachment which I could use myself. I didn't have to tell them why,they just asked for my details and an email arrived within the hour. Printed it off ,no problem. Hope that helps.
