Print at Home Tickets 2022-23

Anyone else on the print@home league/cups scheme unable to obtain the Dortmund ticket?
The e-mail confirming payment taken did say it would be a mobile ticket - tried it this morning, and no ticket attached.
I have sent an e-mail this morning to City about it, and if I don't get a reply, will try to see the ticket office before Spurs on Saturday if I've got the time to do so.

They don't work yet. Either they are sending out paper (like for MU last season when they send some not others and most were left in the dark) or you will have to wait a few days.

I think it took a while for the first cup game PaH last season.

I did another check after you said that and found them about 3 miles down on the email.

Why the download attachment is miles down the email I don't know. But this season its been stress free printing at home. And long may it continue. CTID

Update.

Reply received from City earlier today asking for more details, given, and then in reply to that, PDF ticket attached.

Thanks to City for this, question now is if, in the light of yesterday, the game goes ahead.

Due to illness, I'm not able to go tonight. I want to give my ticket for free to my cousin. Waiting to hear from him but I dont think he has a supporter number.

Is there a way to get a pdf of my ticket to email him?

CITY vs FC COPENHAGEN: If your Mobile Season Ticket is not currently displaying tonight’s fixture, it will still allow you entry regardless of the fixture displayed on your pass. As long as you’ve not requested a Print@Home ticket or transferred your ticket to a friend.
