Print at Home Tickets 2022-23

my daughter's United ticket went unused because they wouldn't allow print at home . an empty seat v the Rags is a disgrace , and I told them so. i've wasted money again to boot.

CITY vs FC COPENHAGEN: If your Mobile Season Ticket is not currently displaying tonight’s fixture, it will still allow you entry regardless of the fixture displayed on your pass. As long as you’ve not requested a Print@Home ticket or transferred your ticket to a friend.

This also happened for the Dortmund home game and seems to be affecting a lot of seasoncard holders on android. They have had 3 weeks since then to sort the issue and haven't, so looks like their cup scheme system isn't talking to the seasoncard system. Nothing is ever straightforward at City eh?
 
Just rang up to get my 4 tickets print at home as I'm away for the brighten game so my grandson is going with his mates, took me over an hour to get through girl said she had sorted them and sent email but no email does anyone have an email address so I can get something done so annoying

The only alternative was to collect from the ticket office
 
Anyone know if you can get them to print at home this season, I’m going away and have 3 for my mate to use but he doesn’t have a supporter number.
