Print E-Ticket

I thought if you moved seat a paper ticket would be given, but someone posted on here last week that they had had it loaded to their card.
Have you got an email confirmation? It usually says on there, or on your account on the ticket website under 'purchase history'

I moved for the Kiev game and it was loaded onto my season tickets
 
Hopefully they arrive by tomorrow, as I can't get through on the phone today. No time as at work, then going up there after work tomorrow, so will probably miss some of the match whilst trying to get the tickets.
 
Worth it mate, fuck that queueing up lark tomorrow night-i was number 60 in the queue-took about 45 minutes to get through.
Got thru after an hour to confirm loaded on card! Relieved but why not post a message earlier saying it was a mistake...the guy on the phone even said they have been slow in communicating it out! Thank god for blue moon keeping us updated!
 
On the Monday morning meltdown for tickets, there was no option available for me to load to card like I usually do. Only for a paper ticket in the post.

Still no sign in the post, not that I expected anything less. Just going to get up there early with my booking confirmation and seasoncards. Fingers crossed there isn't a jobsworth on the turnstile.

I'd probably suggest the same for those in the same boat, if there's loads of us doing it then the club will realise it's their fuck up and provide some leeway; you'd like to think. Don't stress over the ticket office.
 
Supporter Services confirmed my missing "paper" ticket has been loaded to my season card for 111. As long as I know I'm getting in the game lol!
 
Had to get 3 of the 4 tickets ordered, printed. Just been to collect. Farcical.
 
I have received only one ticket in the post - no sign of the other. In the phone queue now (no.50). it really pisses me off; i'm travelling from Oxon with my lad who has taken leave to be there, the whole point being to have a day out first. If i don't get a satisfactory answer from City then there'll be a ticket available for anyone who can be arsed to queue for it tomorrow - i'm not wasting hours stood around - i've put my hours in doing that over the years!

Fuck me, that was quick City. No sooner had i posted my dismay, when i got a text from supporter services saying my card has been activated!
they must watch this forum very closely - so if you are reading this City, don't give the option of paper tickets if you can't deliver.
anyway i hope the rest of you get satisfaction. Now i can concentrate on the beer crawl from Pevril to Temple to Salisbury and maybe the Lass as well(if open). Cheers

Cheers Tim. Thats exactly what happened - i am quick to take umbrage when i've made plans for a big 'un. all sorted now - beers on me if our paths cross tomoz!

I get the sense the Ticket Office are pulling out all the stops to ensure tomorrow goes as smoothly as possible (ticket wise).

I'm more worried about getting my Southampton tickets before the weekend!
 
well if the ticket office monitoring this thread they need staff to walk along queue tomorrow night and inform people save time and effort
