Saw BL51LVA on a Porsche in Prestwich yesterday. Could have been Bernie, but probably not.
Not to bothered about the decent ones, initals, names, words etc etc but it's the tossers who try and hide the fact they have a knackered old car running around on a £50 Irish plates. We know you know.I don’t understand why some people are so angry and judgemental about private plates. If someone wants to spend their own money on a purely cosmetic thing then so what, it’s nobody else’s business. It’s no different than spending a load of money on a Gucci t-shirt instead of going to Primark and getting one for a quid.
(And no I don’t own a private plate, or want one.)
Capitalism has cost us the planet !!!!Whilst the planet screams "NO!". Obviously it doesn't "really" apply to number plates, but capitalism has a price, and it's only really cost us the planet, hasn't it.
Good luck to them, indeed
I don't drink alcohol mate.Capitalism has cost us the planet !!!!
Wow I take it your user name refers to the number of pints you have drunk
Capitalism has moved us forward. The industrial revolution was capitalism at its finest. Greed means people want the latest shiniest not needed toy not capitalism.I don't drink alcohol mate.
So please explain to me how the capitalist business model of companies expecting you to buy EVERY shiny, new, next version of EVERYTHING, (which is now also designed to be obsolete just before it breaks and also has the added feature of being completely unfixable) isn't responsible, in a VERY large part, for the pollution we pump into the atmosphere, and ergo, the climate crisis?
I'll wait...,
If I remember right your plate is one letter different to mine.Agree with your sentiment but, as mentioned in an earlier post, it is or can be very different to buying a T-shirt: a good private plate will appreciate in value or at least hold its value.
