I agree with the Tales of the Unexpected Sir Malcolm.

The theme tune and the weird silhouette dancing in the opening credits for some reason gave me the right heeby-jeebies when I was a kid.

Terrified of EMU and then the Hammer House started, the one where the House was Bleeding, dark scary 70s with the Power Cuts,Poltergiests and Bogie Men. oooooohhhhhhhhhhhh!!

tales of the unexpected - especially the episode where the guy changed into a bee, it was terrifying

and watership down. to be honest, a lot of things scared me..

1) Lizzie Dripping (70s kids' TV show featuring a scary witch)
2) Fantasy Island (the little 'Tattoo' fella and his boss freaked me out)
3) I was always really scared of the guitarist with the dodgy fringe in Slade (Dave someone?). Used to run screaming out of the lounge when I saw him on TOTP.

I was scared to death of the incredible hulk when I was six... Every time he started to change into the Hulk I'd hide behind the sofa screaming.
