I think he should stay. He needs atleast a full season if not two under his belt and I'm sure we will see a major change in the second half of the season ... a good one at that! Plus the drama in the dressing room. We have a bunch of players not trying. They should earn there position every week and its that simple. Along with that other than 1 of his signing he has alot of his signing actually really trying! I was pissed off with him but at 1-2 points I did want him gone but I was in a bad bad mood. Difficult to decide. On one hand the guy has no personality, has no connection with the fans and has made some bad coaching errors while he's been here. On the other he doesn't stand for any nonsence from lazy bastards and all his buys have been the most consistent performers in all this turmoil. I say keep him but he ain't making it easy for himself or my nights sleep.

I can't think of anyone we could realistically get mid-season that would be a substantial improvement.

Give him this transfer window, and the rest of the year, see if he can bring in some quality players and move us up the table.

However, if come the end of the season we are still shit and are playing Craig Bellamy uptop, I will support giving him the sack.
