QPR Post Match

Clichy was poor again, left back is a position we need more strength in (I don't rate Kolarov that much either but he does a good enough job).
We should try and nab Rodriguez from Wolfsburg in the summer

Point gained

You have to remember that this was our 3rd game in 6 days. Some players like Clichy really shouldn't have played but had to because Kolarov was out.

We had no fresh players to use today except maybe Nasri and he's just coming back from injury. Sagna is not good enough.

We survived and can re-group. Wasn't a good performance, but did you expect that after the week we've had? No chance

We can come back in the title-race. It's going for Chelsea at the moment, but there's a long way to go.

Exactly. Some right mard arses on here this last week. You'd think you were on an Arsenal forum or something.

Rubbish. The quality of the passing today was dreadful today no excuse. The current "couldn't give a fuck attitude" was highlighted by the painful way we were pissing the ball about in that last 5 mins. Absolutely no urgency to get the win.

Why were we fucking about with the ball at the back when there's just a minute left? Get it forward.

Well, have we ever won with a late winner under Pellegrini ? I doubt he has instructed players to settle for a draw rather than push for a win. I can't remember a single late win under Pellers.

Agree. Add the conditions to the mix and new system too.

It really seems like the title chance is over now.

Er, why? we were 8 points behind with 6 games to go …… we are 8 points behind with 27 games to go!!!!! Aguero is inspirational, what a pity his fans have so little faith

So there was the 3 man midfield so many have called for and it turns out that isn't the problem.

Plenty of poor touches from Toure.

Still don't cope well when pressured. Too many sideways passes, but at least there seemed to be more forward balls in this game.

We seem to be getting a bit 'Arsenal' and needing to find some attitude from somewhere.

We're not used to playing 3 man midfield. We looked more solid tho.

Still unconvinced by Fernando, standing off people isn't defending.

This 100%.

Compare us to Mourinho's team at lunchtime - they hunt in packs and close down straight away, relentless pressure on opponents.

Aguero deserves so much better than this shower of shite. He's our Suarez.

Trouble is the dippers raised their game to his level.... Ours haven't

Maybe the other players should be on a performance paid salary. Might see a few more Players busting a gut.

Posted on the managers thread but will again here. Forget whoever is in charge or formations, we have too many off form or just not good enough.

Serious squad rebuild coming up over the next few years.

Agreed, MP can take some of the blame but right now almost every man in the squad is letting us down. With Fernando, Fernandinho, and Yaya in the midfield, we should be absolutely bossing games like that. Instead we were lucky not to be 2-0 down after twenty minutes.

We're in desperate need of a creative attacker (someone like Muller in a dream world, or Isco), a reliable head to boss central midfield and take over from the, at the moment, shocking Yaya (again, dream world gives us Pogba), and a complete renovation in defence. Up front I think we're okay, just promote lads like Guidetti, Lopes, and Pozo to the seniors.

Very disappointed tonight but we can turn the league around, Chelsea aren't going to play that well for 38 games in a row, they're already slowing down I think.
