Queue to relocate.

I've been in a telephone queue now for 40+ minutes. This is the one area that the club need to sort out. Why didn't they give supporters say 10 days to relocate, then you wouldn't have what appears 20K people all ringing/attending at more or less the same time.

TBF I think most people would try to relocate on a first come first served basis so would still end up with this initial rush.

They do need more people answering phones though. and why couldnt this have been done online?

Possibly because of the difference in prices making it difficult?

It's just so frustrating, 48 minutes in one queue before you get to the real queue, when you are then told the waiting time is another 45 minutes at least.

Might have to knock this on the head and try later. I'd love to delay the ticket office staff from going home tonight for an hour and see how they like it.

Got there are 8.10 am and was 29th in the queue and within half an hour there were approx another 70+ behind me.
Got upstairs at 8.55am,seen at 9.35 and back in likkul ol` Winsford by 10.35am.
Message came up on the screens that there were only odds and ends left for both East L2 and CB2 and thats before I got served.
Managed to move from CB3 Row S to a bit nearer the front to Row K,so delighted and not a penny more to pay.

Does anyone have any idea what the queues at the office are like at the minute. On my way down there now?

There are10 in the queue at the ticket office, first was here at 5.30.

Were you the sad fucker sat on the floor looking shagged out, mate ??
Good for you.
nah, that was a young un, think they were doing some revising for an exam later, thats why they got there early, I was at no 6. I ony got there about 7.

How far back on L1 do you think you need to be to stay dry (soft I know). East stand seems to take a pounding more than the colin bell. roughly where does the overhang from level 2 stick out?

dont want to ruin my hair like ;-)

Ah right.I think once in,the queues went down fairly fast,as this time the Ticket Office obviously spent more time on Customer Service needs, with people wanting to look at their screens and see what was available.
Obviously feel sorry for those people who had to rely on a tele call and looking at some of the posts, some got through whilst others got cut off.
So glad I`d decided in advance that I was going to call in person.
