Just when i thought they had reached a peak with the cringeworthy 'green & gold campaign' trust utd not to let me down with the most self-indulgent piece of self-promotion with the even more cringeworthy 'Red Knights' I cannot believe my ears every time I hear it

The Glazers are by far the best thing that has ever happened to your club, and will make you the most cash rich in the world if you guys would just shut up and engage your brain for a second. These investment bankers do NOT have £1bn liquid between 50 of them, absolutely guaranteed. Investment bankers aren't rich, the people who employ investment bankers are the rich ones. It's like trying to get 50 former players together, they just cannot raise that type of money.
The Glazers won't sell United because unlike all of your Green and Gold brigade (who never seem to be in attendence in the last 15 minutes of a game, my United friend noted), they are billionaires because they make high risk business decisions and have the know-how to power them through. They aren't on the dole, or doing whatever pretend job you are about to make up that you do. Leave business to the people who have a proven track record in it.
Also, if you actually want your club to be run by fans and not businessmen, then you have to be living in a dream world.
No fan would have sold Ronaldo for £80m, despite the fact that it was a good business move. They also would pay Rooney or whoever the next terrace hero is, anything they so desire.
Having 50 owners in a football club is the worst thing that I could possibly imagine, for anyone.



As a former forum leader, I can tell you that the last part is just shite. Contrary to popular belief, the Sheikh doesn't read Bluemoon, he's a bit too busy running his country and vast multi-billion pound empire.

By your logic, we'd have been better with a skint owner because he is well invested into the club? Utterly ridiculous.

You obviously have no idea who the Sheikh is, why he put money in to the club, or what his investment track record is. I'd tell you to look it up, but I'd fear that you'd probably just kill yourself with jealousy.

'a bertie' hilarious where do you get it from? and as calling us sheep, would you like to add to that, its just that I don't see any of us carrying scarfs the colour of which the team hasn't had for about 100yrs for no apparent reason or giving the same excuse for a defeat on monday morning which just so happens to be that of the manager.

You lot are the definition of 'sheep'. Only your lot would support 'Red Knights' without knowing anything worthwile about them. From what I see the 'red knight's ha ha are the equivalent of going to a Bentley dealership with 10k and asking the passangers to put up the rest lets call it a 'passanger trust'

There are more holes in this takeover plan than a piece of swiss cheese, yet all of you blindly repeat the mantra of its a good its a good thing without actually knowing any intricate details whatsoever.

Basically what you have put is all supposition with no thought to where the money is coming from ( a group of wealthy backers ) what is this a bond film, a supporters trust ( yeah because its quite plainly a good idea to have the inmates running the asylum ). To a man the average united fan has absolutely no idea what this supposed red knights idea entails apart from a few press sounbites to make it look attractive.

With all due respect you tell us not to bite the hand that feeds us, the same could be said to you under the glazers stewardship you have won 3 premier league titles, a european cup and 2 carling cups, yet you want to get rid of them to have a clean slate, with you lot it really is a case of better the devil you know.
