It's quite clear to me that Gareth is simply a puppet in all of this. He would have been told what to do from upstairs ..no way has he acted on his own volition here....
In a 7 day period where we get a varless game at anfield,Pep portrayed as a demented manager who's cracking up , Bernardo banned weeks after an event and now Sterling demonized. ..what more evidence do we need of the agenda....Keep kicking us while we are down...cos no team can beat us fairly( apart from Norwich!) but don't be surprised if our team of Champions regroup and ....Hopefully ..the Etihad becones a cauldron of noise as Blues start to give it out to visiting teams and the football hierarchy with appropriate chants ...Come on City!!!

I remember people laughing at Bill ( De Niro ) when he talked about an agenda, he was right. Us as fans have to give it both barrels to the lot of them. Fan's near the press or spotting any have to give them stick. The same applies to any gobshite pundits and ex players who bad mouth us. The fans have to get off their phones, stop standing on the concourse at the bar, stop standing/sitting at the game talking shit and for 90 minutes get behind the lads full on. It's not too much to ask surely to make some noise and concentrate for 90 minutes is it? We did it in the second half against Southampton, come on channel the anger!

Spot on! They all hid, it suited them perfectly for him to get all the abuse and blame while they kept their heads down. Fucking cowards the lot of them. It was relentless, in the media and up and down every ground in the country as well as the England fans. Then just as he is winning them over Southgate publicly throws him under the bus again. A minor spat that could have been nipped in the bud became a huge thing. Players meetings, public apologies, Sterling dropped and self righteous Southgate going on and on and on. If Gomez gets a few boos excuse me for not shedding any tears.

Not wanting to defend the media and Liverpool fans for their tsunami of hypocrisy but Raheem was booed by opposition fans and not his own like Gomez. A better comparison would be with Xhaka perhaps?

In any event any Liverpool fan complaining should be forced to do the face to face education thing that Bernado has to do. And the England family need to think really hard about how their actions have led to this before they sanctimoniously bleat about supporting a player who the previous day was intent on winding up his international team mate as he faced an undeserved barrage of ignorant hate filled scousery.

Once again Sterling comes across as the only adult in the room and it takes a big man to apologise unreservedly and then ask for the booing (that could be seen as support of him) to stop.

Time for the media to show the same maturity and stop their creepy obsession with Raheem.

Now of course sky play up to victimpool fans and run with the story of poor gomez being heckled...Ycnmiu!!

The hypocrisy is high. No one in the media calling sky out about the double standards.
This last 5 days ( just noticed bbc leading with a" City lose appeal" headline" ) have been hard to take...i hope something posistive comes from all this flak,i really do.
