I know talkSPORT isn't the most reliable, but the other two moves have been confirmed in the last hour. Is there a chance this could be done today?

That's not true is it, any premier league team will be able to sign young talent, especially the top 5 or six teams (though Chelsea do seem to hoover up most of them, and never use them!)
