Wouldn't be surprised if the rags are just trying to drive his price up for us, seems like the sort of thing cunts like them would do. Either that or the people in charge of the club know so little about the club that they don't realise that Liverpool would rather melt Sterling down for glue than sell him to the rags
 
Maybe it's no coincidence that this story is dominating the back pages on the same evening it emerges that Mats Hummels has snubbed them again.
 
I still think we are going to be the only team willing to pay the money Liverpool want.

We need HG players and Sterling is one of only a few that is good enough.

Hummels snubs united and like clockwork the back pages run positive news about being in for Sterling & Guardiola to wait for them first. Their PR dept & press stooges don't mess about, pathetic & transparent

That's not good news though if it means Otamendi being bought instead (which seems to be the case if reports are to be believed). He's been brilliant for Valencia this season and is probably one of the best CB's in Europe at the moment.

True but when all the papers run with the same thing they tend to have been tipped off.
