I think Sterling to us is pretty much a certainty now.

Him and his agent wouldnt create all this fuss if they didnt have an agreement with another club.

Im pretty sure that club is us and he will be signed by us in the near future.

I wish I had your confidence mate. And I think a lot of the fuss has emanated from the Liverpool end when it became clear he wasn't prepared to sign a contract extension.

I wouldn't rule out him coming to City, but I think if stories of him wanting to return to London are true, then Arsenal must have a very strong chance (especially if it is part of any deal that takes Walcott the other way).

When Walcott scored in the final it was set to that he's gonna stay. There is too much competition at arsenal tbf

Just hope that we won't see an awful scenario again where we miss out on top players, they sign for rma, scum, etc and we sign some medeicore squad players and play them over the likes of Lopes

Milner was probably told he can play CM, so it doesn't mean Sterling is leaving yet.

I don't see the Milner deal directly influencing a Sterling deal. But who knows maybe Liverpool might feel more open to doing transfers with us.

Yeh i mis worded that haha, no its a pity he didn't sign during this season even if he was off so we could at least get something for him or at least get a heavily reduced priced tag on sterling as a result (if he's on his way here that is)

We have to be the best team in Europe that wants him that he would also start in. His only winger competition here is navas, sometimes silva and maybe nasri. Where as RM have Ronaldo, bale, Isco, Jese, james plays out wide occasionally, etc. arsenal have Walcott and ox in the same position, Ozil or carzola on the left. Chelsea have Willian hazard cuadrado (at least for now) salah etc. I listed both sides considering Raheem is 20 and Id imagine he'd opt to go out left if it meant starting.
