As billyshears has said if sterling was at city without permission We,d be in a world of shit, unless he does have permission to be there which is entirely possible. But if that was the case I highly doubt Liverpool would brief that sterling has again phoned in sick.

Liverpool can't risk him playing on tour anyway if he gets injured any deal is screwed and they are left with unhappy player. I would not offer any more than the second offer and that is more than full value in my eyes.

FIgured that. Anonymous is just some saddo on here who reads the forum, then tweets about "ITK" posts, making them sound like his own "ITK" information. Sorry, meant to say "their" own "ITK" information because of course Anonymous is not just one person (yea right)

No I've not heard anything this morning. However I knew yesterday evening that City had spoken to various journos and basically briefed that they were in zero rush to go back in for Sterling. Some were couching it in terms like "City have no plans at present to up their offer for Sterling". If that's the case then I'd be very very surprised if having briefed one thing, we've done a complete about face, rang Liverpool and agreed a fee.

Not to mention the fact that the scousers MO seems to be to give rolling hourly updates to their journo mates on the Sterling saga. So no, for the moment I'm not having it.

With regards that guy Anonymous on Twitter - do people actually believe him? His account is an object lesson in how to use ITK speak whilst being a KFA.
