How Doncaster is still in position is mindblowing. A pure imposter of a man, not in the slightest fit for purpose, but here we are.

Agree again with @Man_City_Loyal. Whether Rangers were looking out for themselves or others when rejecting the offer, rejection was the right thing to do. Clubs should have came together at that point with a much greater long term initiative. The lack of imagination and innovation within scottish football is too often apparent.

Scottish football seems to me to be run in a similar fashion to the land grabbing lords in Braveheart!

Agreed, it seems one club said jump, and the rest did towards the deal

Good thing then that I don't kid myself on that we're anything above the level which we're at.

That's the difference, and it's the bus (and boat) loads of Rangers and Celtic fans making long depressing journeys home to every corner of Scotland that I take particular delight in, especially the Ayrshire based ones of which there are plenty.

At least one thing has been bottomed out, you're much closer to our level than you are to Liverpool's. You have to live with that, how does it feel to be confirmed as actually being one of those 'diddy clubs' of which you speak?
Well yes we know we are not in Liverpool’s class. Of course we do. Nearer Kilmarnock class ? Possibly but what does that mean ? We can still realistically challenge for trophies unlike yourselves, but in all honesty I wish there was a more competitive league up here.
I can still remember as a youngster both Kilmarnock and Dunfermline in Europe beating decent opposition in front of big crowds with highlights shown on local television and then later on in the 80’s, four different clubs won the premier league.
Scotland has regressed since those days however in many ways and the prospect of only Rangers or Celtic winning the league for ever more isn’t that healthy a prospect.

Represented Scotland with pride...

Well we’re certainly in good company with plenty of competition on that score. As we’ll see later on this afternoon and tomorrow.
Bizarrely, Rangers have achieved more co- efficient points than any other Scottish team in Europe this season despite the woeful performances.
