The cups I didn't see and could not care less about. Perhaps the players felt the same way.

Lol. Comedy.

Well on the way home the person I was with said that's the season over apart from the cup final and champions league final. At first I couldn't remember who was in the FA Cup Final but eventually decided one was Arsenal. As I write this I still can't remember who their opponents are although I could find out in seconds.

The only competition that matters to me is the Premier League and it would also be nice to do something in the Champions League. The visit to Wembley for the Wigan game will be my last visit to that venue.

well played mate for standing your ground.

3/10

Poor transfer windows, ittle impact from the signings, we often looked lost. We never really pushed Chelsea, expected them to win it from the first few weeks. Still no great moments in Europe.

On the positive side, a run of form at the end of the year avoided potentially falling out of 4th.

Verdict: mostly shit

I'd choose another sport if I where you
You're so boring, policing the thread like some Chinese government agent. We get it, the season wasn't so bad for you. For others, it was a piss poor season.

You don't need to reply to every disappointed fan in this thread. Give it a rest superfan, nobody gives a shit

i give a shit. and he is right. It bin a good season for Manchester City fc, and you need to stop putting a downer on things, so clearly influenced by the media. top scorers in the premier league, which means , we as fans have been entertained. its been a top season.

Watching David Silva and Sergio grace the pitch silverware or not it's a 10/10 for me.

10/10 for me too.
i dont give a shit
watching City this season has been fantastic, met lots of new friends, travelled the country, saw a hell of a lot of goals, watched sergio and silva
its been brilliant.loved it.
i make my own assessment on the football season, not one influenced by sky sports and the morans /experts who talk clap trap and endlessly seek angles and theories.....
Manchester City..my team.

The football wasn't as good as the previous season except for a few games. We scored some brilliant goals which are worth watching again. Joe made some super saves. And Martin was the most consistent centre back (he marshals the defence really well and is a good reader of the game.
We finally ended the goals from corners drought.
No silverware for the team but at least a couple of gold trophies for two special players.
It's a shame there was no trophy for Wee Davey.
Some of the refereeing was atrociously poor and some linesman didn't like waving their flags for offsides.
Most of the games were played in the early hours here in NZ so I've got a couple of months of full night's sleep before we start again.

But most importantly WE FINISHED WELL AHEAD OF THE RAGS

Finished 8pts behind Chelsea
9pts droppped against relagated sides. Things could have been so different.

Scored most goals.
Had the best goal difference.
Had the Golden boot winner.
Had the Golden gloves winner.

Got screwed in the transfer market becouse of FFP.

All in all not a bad year, considering.
