    Only just heard of the sad news of Ray Wilkins passing, another player of the 70s who played against City who has sadly gone

    Met Ray at the Holiday Inn in Madrid after our semi final defeat - he was with the Moose after commentating for Talksport. He was geniuenly a nice guy, very complimentary about City (despite being an ex- rag) & knew we were going to dominate in the future. Paul Dickov & Will Greenwood both there also & Ray was very fair in his assessment of out preframce or lack of but felt it was a rung on the ladder for City.

    Bit of a shocker , one of the most inoffensive pundits you could meet , what a shame , will miss his laid back assessments of games , rest in peace Chelsea legend Ray Wilkins
